Link They also plan to dilute their share price significantly. They filed an s-1 a few days ago.

Del Taco Restaurants down 10% on 3000 shares traded as of 8:41am after announcing 2nd quarter results. Misses on estimates

8:53am, SSNC down 17% on 242,901 shares traded after missing on EPS, but reporting a significant increase in net income relative to the prior years quarter.

 McDermott International, Inc. reported a net loss for Q2 2019, and reduced guidance for 2019, while also updating their asset sale processes. The stock is currently down 36% as of 9:01am on 970,959 shares traded.

Under Armour is down 16% on 1,150,145 shares traded as of 9:08am after reducing revenue outlook for 2019. They also reported a net loss of 4 cents per share

LSB Industries Inc. beats analyst estimates, reports a significant increase in net income compared to the priors years quarter, up 23% on 1,281,783 shares traded as of 10:07am

CNX beats on earnings, attributes much of the increase to an unrealized gain on derivative instruments. The stock is currently up 26% as of 1:47am on 12,020,596 shares traded. prnewswire reports.

The top gainers list is filled with oil stocks. The commodity it up 1.69% in the afternoon. The indexes are also starting to turn green after faltering at the open
